Prashant Bhonsle has total of 16 plus years of experience in diverse industries like Financial Services, Office Automation, Telecom, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. The organizations include some of the fortune companies along with a few who are the fastest growing in their domains such as ICICI, Canon, RPG, Pepsi and Cadila. He has held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Credit, Customer Service and Operations across different geographies in the country.

In financial services, he worked with ICICI Bank Limited for about five and a half years at various positions across India. Prashant started his ICICI career as a business head for mortgages for Gujarat & Maharashtra regions respectively and went on to become a National Head - cross sell for all retail loans including Credit Cards. He was leading a team of more than 600 people stationed across 350 branches in the country and was responsible for top line revenue of Rs. 120 billion. He was also instrumental in setting up and growing Post Office channel for sourcing retail asset business to a volume of Rs. 400 crores in two states Maharashtra & Rajasthan.

Mr. Kurup is Head For Underwriting, Credit & Collection of Credila.

Sharat brings with him approximately 10 years of extensive experience in Underwriting, Collections, Policy, Analytics & Risk management across products like Personal loans, Credit cards, Auto Loans, Consumer Finance, Mortgages & SME with GE Capital, ICICI Bank Ltd, HSBC before joining Credila. He is an MBA in Finance and was Co-Heading both Retail & SME products policy in his previous assignment at HSBC.

He graduated from Raipur University with a degree in Commerce & Accountancy and is also a MBA in Finance. He started his career in 1998 with GE-SBI Credit Cards JV (a set-up venture with GE Capital of U.S and State Bank of India), as a Management Trainee and worked on with two other companies of GE Capital group in India (GE Capital International Services and GE Countrywide Financial Services) in various Junior and middle management capacities in Underwriting, Operations and Collections for Credit cards, Auto loans, Mortgage Insurance and Consumer Finance.

He joined ICICI Bank Ltd in 2001 as Regional Head-Credit, for their Personal Loans division in Northern India setting up process, building Credit franchises, recruiting resources and managing risk, thereby building an unsecured asset book of approx 430 Crores in the region. Further in 2004 he moved into the central strategy team at ICICI headquarters in Mumbai taking care of Product development, Risk and Policy Management for Personal loans, Consumer Finance and Loan Against Securities. His experience in ICICI risk and policy gave him the exposure of managing and maintaining an Unsecured asset book of Rs. 10,800 Crores of Personal loans, Rs. 1,500 Crores of Loan Against Securities and Rs. 500 Crores of Consumer finance asset book .

In early 2006 he joined HSBC as Associate Vice President for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages and SME, Co-heading the Credit Policy & Risk division managing asset book of Rs. 7,000 Crores of Assets and 0.8 million cards. His endeavor in HSBC on the delivery side was to develop credit policies, planning business acceptable risk models, Portfolio Quality, Product development and planning Underwriting as well as Collection strategies.

Mr. Chhaya is a senior operations person with 40 year of experience in retail banking industry.

Retired as Managing Director of Bob Cards, Ltd. - a subsidiary of Bank of Baroda on December 2003. The position was in the Top Executive cadre of Bank of Baroda. Managing Credit Cards & Debit Cards.

Before that Mr. Chhaya held following various positions at Bank of Baroda.

• Zonal Head and Deputy General Manager of Rajashtan Zone
• Deputy General Manager Corporate Banking Branch Pune
• Assistant General Manager - Central Inspection Division Corporate office, Mumbai.
• Regional Manager Jamnagar / Junagadh & Rajkot Regions
• Principal officer for Sultanate of Oman Territory - for 5 1/2 years. Compliance with Regulations of the Central Banking Authority & the country. Separate Balance Sheet, Tax Planning, Forex Dealings, Business Development.

Mr. Mistry has over 35 years of experience in third party servicing for the US financial services industry. He was one of the founding team members of Tracmail, which handled American Express’ collection work for US Credit Card defaulters from India.

He has worked as a Director Information Technology at WNS Global Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. As Director on the India Board of India's premier BPO, his responsibilities included

• Responsible for IT across all locations within India & support offices at overseas locations
• Advising the board on strategic IT initiatives to improve productivity
• Steering committee member for Information Security within WNS
• Fiscal responsibility for the IT division
